NorthWest Crossing

For over 10 years Campbell Consulting has been working on getting the word out about what makes NorthWest Crossing a great place to live, work and play. The largest mixed-use community in the region, this sustainable neighborhood was built on the principles of new urbanism. The concept was so new for the area that the city had to create brand-new code to accommodate the developers' vision.This forward-thinking mindset has served NorthWest Crossing well on the P.R. front. In addition to stories in The Oregonian and The Bulletin, it has been featured in national publications such as Cottage Living, Natural Home and Where to Retire Magazine. Campbell sought out and applied for many prestigious industry awards - and NorthWest Crossing won some of the best such as the National Association of Homebuilders Green Building Award, the National Commercial Builders Council Grand Award for Green Building and New Urban Institute's Award of Excellence Finalist.
